Thomas J. Cleary

Former Michigan Deputy Treasurer, Thomas J. Cleary, founded Michigan Legislative Consultants in 1965. Tom was a native of Escanaba. in the U.P. After his high school graduation, he served in the U.S. Air Force. Cleary attended Marquette University in Milwaukee where he received his degree in business administration.
